The hair is not bad, it just doesn't look right on her. She need a style that highlights her beautiful eyes,this style doesn't. Can't believe I am saying this but she needs to go a bit shorter.

Unfortunately, this hairstyle does not suit this lovely woman. Her hair length makes her face look longer and also distracts attention to her face. Hairstyles can be lovely, but also need to hilight the individual's beauty.
